    Great mountain bike / hiking destination. Beautiful views over the Grose River stretching away over the wilder parts of the mountains between the Great Western Highway and Bells Line of Road.

    Difficult ride along Springwood Ridge trail for someone add unfit as I am. Definitely worth the view at the end.
